So recently there has been talk of packs forming with the character currently in game, and I more then encourage this. Packs are great resources and offer great benefits to their members. However, it has also come up as a question on more then one occasion. Can a Kinfolk join a pack ?
So here are my thoughts on it.....
Kinfolk can also potentially join packs however this is completely at the discretion of the Garou pack itself. Not all kinfolk are cut out for packs, nor are they cut out for the type of work some packs do. This being said not all Garou want to be in a pack with kinfolk for whatever reason that they feel valid, so your kinfolk may need to prove themselves before they ask to join one. Kinfolk are squishy, they have real lives to tend to, and as the treasured relatives of the Garou many simply don't want to put their kin in harms way quite so riskily.
So now I ask your thoughts on it. Please weather you are for it or against it, comment below with a explanation on your thoughts and points of view.

well i think they should be able to join because they're part of the garou nation but it should be at the discretion of the pack and the individual kin.

I think it is a good idea because we seem to have more Kinfolk anyway the only question I have about the whole thing is do they get the benefits like the Garou get.

I don't see a problem with them gaining the benefit of the pack link, however I dont foresee the other benefits such as the use of gifts being extended to kinfolk

Methinks Kin should be able to join packs and get a certain fraction less of benefits, none of the gifts, etc.
I don't see any good reason as to why not.

Honestly, I don't see it as a bad thing for Kinfolk to join packs. The link to them would be more helpful.
Now as far as other benefits, that is dependent on the Kinfolk. There would have to be a system worked out for the benefits.
